Dr. Ashok Kumar Panda is a motivational speaker, a media analyst and a Corporate Trainer in the area of Journalism, Public Relations and HRD and has over three decades of experience in media and management. He takes keen interest in teaching and also in organizing workshops at regular intervals in Government Departments - particularly in Indian Railways and Tourism, Universities and Public Sector undertakings like NTPC, SAIL, Coal India, NALCO, Indian Oil Corporation, MMTC and Public Sector Banks.He is a doctorate in Development Communication from Berhampur University and Post Graduate in Mass Communication from Banaras Hindu University.

He is first class first in Bachelor of Mass Communication and also the recipient of Chancellor’s Cup of Sambalpur University in English Debate. Dr. Panda, was the Visiting Professor in Ravenshaw University for two and half years. A Visiting Fellow in the University of Oxford for one academic year and Visiting Scholar in the University of Minnesota, USA for one term. He has several papers to his credit on Media & Management and presented papers in different conclaves in India and International forums in Beijing, Manila, Singapore, London, Bangkok and Washington D.C.He is the Chairman of Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan, Rourkela Kendra, Chairman of Public Relations Council of India, Odisha State and Chairman of Indian Society for Training and Development, Bhubaneswar Chapter for 2017-2020.
